Fuso New Zealand has been awarded Best Customer Services and Special Achievement Recognition, beating 73 other market representatives from around the world
FUSO customers in New Zealand are receiving award-worthy service, according to judges of the 2018 Daimler Trucks Asia (DTA) Awards.
At the annual event, held this year on 11 September at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queens Park, Fuso NZ was presented with the DTA Best Customer Services Award in recognition of the exceptionally high performance of staff across its national network.
The Fuso NZ team, led by managing director Kurtis Andrews, also received The Special Achievement Recognition Award for “going above and beyond in developing and promoting FUSO product”.
Andrews was quick to praise the incredible team effort required to get Fuso NZ, and FUSO sales and service, up and running so quickly over the past two years.
“It was an amazing team effort; the whole network has played a part – everyone has pulled together in the same direction to ensure our customers are getting the best service possible.
“From the start, our focus has been on delivering better across every aspect of our business. I’d like to thank all dealership and Fuso NZ staff for their contributions in helping to achieve that. It’s great to get this level of recognition, but we won’t stop pushing to be even better wherever we can be.”
