We had a lot of fun working on this campaign for long-term client PlaceMakers. Engaged to create and promote an information hub for H1 Energy Efficiency changes under the New Zealand Building Code, we were able to draw on our writing and publishing strengths and get creative on the advertising side.
Our primary goal was to simplify the regulatory side for builders by aggregating and curating expert content from regulatory bodies and suppliers, providing easy access to key information and product solutions from a single source – online and in a printed guide.
Dinniss Communications pulled together an elite team to produce the ‘All Over H1’ campaign, creating and executing a marcom plan across paid and owned channels.
Deliverables: printed brochure, online content, instore signage, print and social media advertising, video.
Our client said:
“As a building supplies merchant, which works with several suppliers affected by these changes, we saw an opportunity to provide further value to our customers.
“Dinniss Communications delivered a multi-faceted campaign that ticked every aspect of the brief. We were really impressed with the outcome.”
Online and printed guides
Drawing on our experience as publisher of 100 (and counting) educational trade magazines for PlaceMakers trade customers, we created and curated a range of content from regulatory sources and building suppliers to develop a printed guide and online information hub dedicated to H1.
Advertising
Our advertising campaign centred on the concept that while PlaceMakers might not be an authority on all subjects, it is ‘All Over H1’.
Videos posted on social media and print advertising featured the taglines ‘We don’t give dance / travel / fashion advice, but we’re all over H1’.
Justin Curry, who works at PlaceMakers Cook St, brought great energy and humour to the lead role – a true screen star in the making!
We'd love the opportunity to discuss how we could support your brand.
